Methodology

FDD item names and the 14-day rule come from the FTC Franchise Rule, 16 CFR Part 436. Buyer questions draw on the FTC’s consumer guide to buying a franchise. We do not publish any franchise’s fees, royalty rates, territory figures or earnings, because we have not verified any current FDD; examples on this site are labeled hypothetical.

Our conflict of interest

Home Care Agency Blueprint sells help to people starting independent agencies. That gives it a reason to favor the independent route. We try to counter that by pointing every comparison back to the franchise’s own documents, by describing when a franchise can fit, and by keeping sales copy off the guide pages. Each page links to our booking page in the header, in one booking section at the bottom, and in the footer.

Privacy

There are no sign-up or contact forms on this site. The worksheet saves entries only in your own browser. There are no embedded videos on this site. See the privacy policy and terms on the Home Care Agency Blueprint site.
